Tulare City School District is excited to announce that in the 2019-2020 school year, ALL enrolled students will continue to be eligible to receive FREE breakfast and lunch. Our first day of school is Tuesday, August 13th and our new start time for all schools is 8:10 am. School gates will be open every morning for the breakfast program at 7:30 am.
